Policy of “Responsible Business Alliance” (RBA:2021)
Apex Circuit (Thailand) Co., Ltd., as the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Manufacturer, has dedicated to develop the organization leading to excellence in all aspects. Therefore, all employees at all levels in the Company, being deemed as valuable resources, shall receive the care and treatment with social responsibility. The Company would like to make an announcement of Policy regarding the Morality and Social Responsibility as follows:
1. The Company shall not entirely engage in or give support to corruption in all business interactions with a zero tolerance to any and all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion, embezzlement and all patterns of fraud. All business negotiation must be made transparently with monitoring, audit, and enforcement as well as the information disclosure related to labor, health, safety, including environmental practice in line with the related regulation and guideline to ensure the compliance with corruption-anti law.
2. The company shall dedicate to safeguard the Intellectual Property Rights and personal information for the transfer of technology information and know-how of the customers, suppliers, and employees of the Company.
3. The Company shall maintain its business operation standard for advertisement presentation of the Company’s products together with the fair competition.
4. The Company shall safeguard the personality, confidentiality, anonymity of the Company’s employees and suppliers who makes the complaint or raises the concerns without fear of retaliation.
5. The Company shall conduct the investigation into the source of raw material, minerals, tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold to ensure that the raw material procurement is in line with the organizational guideline as “Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)”.
6. This Policy of “Responsible Business Alliance” shall be suitably communicated and publicized to the employees at all levels, distributed to the Public, reviewed its sufficiency, appropriateness, and effectiveness of the Company’s policy and regulation.
นโยบายด้านจริยธรรมและความรับผิดชอบทางสังคม(RBA:2021)
บริษัทเอเพ็กซ์ เซอร์คิต (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด เป็นผู้ผลิตแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศในทุกด้าน ดังนั้นบุคลากรทุกระดับในบริษัทฯ ซึ่งถือเป็นทรัพยากรที่มีค่ายิ่ง จะต้องได้รับการดูแลประพฤติปฏิบัติด้วยความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม จึงขอประกาศนโยบายด้านจริยธรรมและความรับผิดชอบทางสังคม ดังนี้
1. บริษัทฯ จะไม่เกี่ยวข้องหรือให้การสนับสนุนการคอร์รัปชั่นอย่างสิ้นเชิง เพื่อป้องกันการติดสินบน การทุจริต การรีดไถ และการฉ้อฉลในทุกรูปแบบ การเจรจาทางธุรกิจทั้งหมดต้องกระทำอย่างโปรงใส มีการติดตาม ตรวจสอบและบังคับใช้ และต้องได้รับการเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับแรงงาน สุขภาพและความปลอดภัย วิธีการปฏิบัติด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามกฎระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามกฎหมายต่อต้านการคอร์รัปชั่น
2. บริษัทจะมุ่งมั่นปกป้องสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในการถ่ายโอนข้อมูลทางเทคโนโลยีและความรู้ความชำนาญที่เป็นข้อมูลของลูกค้า ซัพพลายเออร์ พนักงานและของบริษัท
3. บริษัทจะรักษาไว้ซึ่งมาตรฐานของการดำเนินธุรกิจ ในการนำเสนอโฆษณาผลิตภัณฑ์และการแข่งขันอย่างเป็นธรรม
4. บริษัทฯ จะปกป้องลักษณะบุคคลคุ้มครองความลับ ความเป็นนิรนามของพนักงานและซัพพลายเออร์ ที่เป็นผู้ร้องเรียนหรือแจ้งความกังวลของตนเองได้โดยปราศจากความกลัวจากการถูกตอบโต้
5. บริษัทจะต้องมีการตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาของวัตถุดิบ แร่ธาตุ แทนทาลัม ดีบุก ทังสเตน และทองคำ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าได้มีการจัดหาวัตถุดิบให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางขององค์การ Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)
6. นโยบายด้านจริยธรรมและความรับผิดชอบทางสังคมนี้ จะได้รับการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์ให้กับบุคลากรทุกระดับ รวมถึงการเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณชน และจะได้รับการทบทวนความเพียงพอ ความเหมาะสม และความมีประสิทธิผลของนโยบายบริษัทฯ ระเบียบปฏิบัติอย่างเหมาะสม
